When you submit an
order on our website you will receive email acknowledging the list
of items ordered and whether your card has been
authorised/declined. You will then receive a further email from us
informing you of dispatch and providing you with a courier tracking
number to allow you to track your order on-line. You should check
both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are
any errors.
If an item is sold
out, our website will state this. Most out-of-stock items are
replenished within a week or so.
If ordered item has
just sold out at time of ordering, we will endeavour to contact you
via email within 24 hours during UK working hours. If
you order is being held due to stock shortages or issues with your
payment, you will be sent an email informing you of such, and you
must get in touch with our sales team immediately. In such cases,
your order will be held until we hear from you. It is for this
reason that you must ensure you have provided accurate and
up-to-date email and telephone contact details.
